I discovered a flat tire and a large screw in the middle of my tire this morning. I live right around the corner and called Griffis to see if they could patch a tire and was told they can do that. I arrived a few minutes later and was out the door and on my way to work within 15 minutes. The team at Griffis were all super friendly and I had a great experience!
